New in the store---ink for your Cricut machine! All you have to do is replace the blade in your Cricut with one of these ink cartridges and you can draw letters or shapes with your machine.
Another item of interest regarding Cricuts........a great new program we're starting at the first of the year. We are going to have all the cartridges available for you to rent! For only $5 you can bring your machine in and use any cartridge you want ($10 if you use our machine). What a great way to take a cartridge out for a "test drive." We'll be posting more details on this soon.

The All My Memories Tote-ally Cool Tote--yes that's what they call it and it really is. This is one of my favorite scrapbook toys. It's so great for holding the essentials. I like it because no matter where I decide to scrap, I know I have the important things all in one place--tape runners, pens, tools, scissors, etc. I love the little secret drawer in the bottom too! The Perfect Christmas Gift #4
The Perfect Christmas Gift #3
The Bo-Bunny flexible ruler is one of the MOST REQUESTED items we've had in awhile. You can bend it into any shape and use it to trace your line to cut on. The best part is that it maintains the shape you create--so if you want to duplicate your shape on the 2nd page of your layout, you can trace a perfect match. Rolls up and stores in a cute little plastic purse. Fits perfectly in red stockings hanging from the mantle :-)

The Perfect Christmas gift #2
Here's today's Christmas gift idea-this little machine is something you might want to add to your list. This binding machine puts YOU in charge of the size and type of album you want to create.
You can make cool mini books like this---any size you want!! The metal spines come in different colors. You can easily bind chipboard books or even something heavier like acrylic. I saw a great idea using coasters--collect coasters from restaurants you go to on vacation, then bind them together with the Bind-it-All, add pictures and you have a totally one of a kind album.

The perfect Christmas gift #1
In an effort to help you buy for your favorite scrapbooker, I'll be posting some of my favorite gift ideas for this Christmas. This little bag is so cute--it holds 3 tape runners in the colors of the season. Absolutely great stocking stuffer idea! Once the dispensers are gone, you can use the bag for ribbon, flowers or other little embellishments.

Some new papers you need to see
We've got some new arrivals I thought you should see.
First up is the new KI Memories Pop Culture line--we've got it all and you can see it at their website:
http://www.kimemories.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=ShopKI.CollectionHome&CollectionID=69
My favorite is this die cut paper (they call it Lace Cardstock). It is sooo cool. The numbers just scream "make a birthay page with this!" There are letters too as well as lace, flourishes......well you can check it all out for yourself! Next is this from Creative Imaginations--I am so loving the concentric circles and the hearts--these are stickers so you get a TON all on one page. Very cool idea. Plus really great colors....there's a black and cream line too.

The Creative Cafe has landed!
Boxes and boxes have arrived containing our new Cafe!!
This is just a little of the new product--We've got a lot of work ahead putting this all together. See the polka dot paper?? It's made of felt and it is just fabulous! All the flowers you see in these bags are felt as well.
The beginnings of organization--this rack will be filled up fast because there is just so much product. We LOVE the candy store look of all this--wait till you see the buttons--all kinds of sizes and shapes and you can buy ONE or FIFTY--you decide!! The rolls of ribbon are just so amazing--felt, velour, twill--you'll want a yard of them all. We are so excited for you to see all this. The patterned papers are so cool and all are double sided.
Keep Sunday December 2nd open as that is the date we'll have our first classes and "Happy Hour" at our new cafe. These classes will be taught by the designer of the whole Creative Cafe concept, Danelle Johnson. Only 200 stores nationwide will have the Cafe's and we are so excited to be one of them. Stop in for more details and to come be the first to get your hands on this new line.

There's never enough time
It's the most common problem I hear you gals talking about in regard to scrapbooking. So when I saw these new albums.....that's the first thing I thought of.
EK has come out with these PRE-MADE scrapbooks.
Talk about time saving!
We have this Christmas one as well as a baby boy and baby girl ones. Perfect if you want to give a gift but you waited until 2 days before the party to think about what to get! Or what about giving it as is to someone who really isn't a scrapper--all they have to do is add pictures and viola--they are a scrapper!!

What happens at Scrapadoodle in a week
Well, I haven't been to work for a week and I can't believe all the new stuff we got in!! Here's a little taste of what's new--will post more later.
I love this new line from Making Memories called "Noteworthy"--check out the shaped paper--the two on the right are my favorite but there's a cool round one too. The teal paper on the left is die cut just like a postage stamp. We've got all the embellishments to go with too. The jar holds matching flowers (in several different styles) and buttons. There is ribbon, felt flowers, brad, paper clips.......everything you need to add a little wow to your page.

For those of you who love to organize, here's a great new item. From Making Memories this is their new desktop organizer. We just got both colors--decorate this up with some beautiful paper and it will look so great on your desk. It is designed to hold 12 x 12 paper and I love the little drawers to house some of your little stuff.
Probably the most requested item in the last few weeks is the BoBunny flexible ruler. We've taken tons of calls about this cool new tool and now we've got them in! It's a 20" ruler that you can mold into any shape you want and it stays that way until you don't want it to!! Great for cutting curves. It rolls up small so you can just tuck it away when you are done.
I think this is a really clever idea. It's a Board Book Box Set from Cloud 9. The box itself totally reminds me of the big box of crayons with the sharpener that your Mom wouldn't let you have for school (remember!?) only skinnier. It has the flip top lid just like the Crayola ones! The matching board book fits like a glove inside. You could decorate this any way you want--what a great gift this would make. We have these in the kraft color shown below and also in white. Amazingly enough.........it's only $9.99.

Heidi Swapp fans better get to the 'Doodle!
TONS of new Heidi Swapp came in this week--check out this stuff and this is only part of it!! Beautiful flowers and tons of rub-ons and masks. Have you tried these masks? It's the reverse of a stencil--you put the mask down on your paper, it's a little sticky so it stays put while you paint over it. Then, you pull it up and you have your image left behind. Makes you look like an artist! And the extra bonus is that you can reuse them. Click on the picture to see these close up--those swirls would be very cool on almost any type of layout.
Have you Stickled??
Stickles are back here at the 'Doodle. If you haven't tried these, they are a dimensional paint that are awesome for you cardmakers. We got in some beautiful colors--especially if you are thinking about Christmas cards--some really nice golds, silver, red and green. I had a gal in one night this week working on her Christmas cards--don't you wish you were that ahead of the game!!
Something totally new and totally cool!
Well, if you haven't seen these you have to check this out! This is an album that our Chris put together made with acrylic pages--these are so unique and the cool part is you can set it up on a shelf or your desk and it sits up all nice and perfect making you happy! Chris made this one using the Jack & Abby line of papers from Elsie--see post below for a picture of some of that line. And you know the best part?? We have made this book into a kit!!! So for $34.99 you get everything you need to make this book--including the acrylic for the pages. Pictures don't do this justice--you gotta come in and see this!

Christmas at Scrapadoodle!!
We've gotten TONS of new Christmas paper and product in the last couple weeks. If you are like me you have a million Christmas pictures that need to be scrapped--so you can never have enough paper and embellishments when it comes to Christmas pages right?! This is the new Making Memories line (actually there are 2 lines here) but I really have to tell you how much I love the vintage look of some of this stuff. Just perfect for those old black and white pictures of Christmas when some of us were little!! There is also a new idea book from them here too. Filled with ideas for holiday cards, gifts, home decor, and of course layout ideas.
Here's a close-up of some of my favorites from this line: The little album is part of a kit that comes with everything you need to complete this 5 x 7 book--I love the glitter on the cover. The holly brads are way cool--they are a cluster of 3 berries all rolled into one brad--very clever. And the epoxy tags are definately my favorite--attach with a brad or ribbon for a truly unique look.

Jack & Abby: New from Love, Elsie
Elsie is one of my favorite lines because her stuff so different. Here's a few items from the latest arrival. It's a "Home" line called Jack & Abby--fun stuff to use for pages about why you love your house, the progress of your house being built, a page about the house you grew up in---you get the idea. As with her other lines, she had these really great chipboard buttons (click pic to enlarge to see these) and also, perfect ribbon to match.

New Fiskar's Trimmers
So maybe you're like me and you've been using the same old trimmer forever. Well, it might be time to trade her in for a new model. These Fiskars trimmers just came in and I just wanted you to see how cool they look. There is a couple things I really like about this trimmer--see the dark orange things in each corner? Those are rubberized feet--keeps the trimmer from moving on your table or countertop while you are using it. Very smart idea. It also has a swing out ruler/guide for larger paper sizes. You can buy specialized blades for it that cut other edges. Mainly though it just looks cute!! Can you say that about your current trimmer?! :-)
