Coming soon......
Watch for this new line coming soon to Scrapadoodle. It's from Melissa Frances and she created this line aimed at all women who have something to be thankful for. Melissa is a breast cancer survivor and a portion of the proceeds from this line will be donated to http://www.breastcancer.org/ which is a breast cancer awareness and support site.

Here's a beautiful card made with this paper line:

On a totally unrelated note.......while I was checking out Melissa's blog I found this. Is that about the cutest thing you've ever seen?! There is even a link on her blog with the pattern. Adorable--would be so great at a baby shower for table decorations or to fill with treats.

Lasting Impressions Cards
If you are looking for signs of Spring--and aren't we all so tired of winter now--check out these cards. These are the cards we will be creating on Saturday 3/1 from 1-3. Kathi Black from Lasting Impressions will be teaching. Cost is $20 and once you learn how to use these brass templates and start dry embossing, you'll be hooked. My favorite is the daisy card (bottom left)--she dry embossed on vellum--very cool look.
Card Club
Here are some pictures of this month's card club. Teresa will be showing you how to make this cute birthday card using the Cuttlebug personal die cutting machine. We do Card Club the last Friday of every month from 9-11 a.m.--this month it's 2/29--Leap year Card Club! Cost is $5.00 and includes a snack. Call to sign up in advance.

Teresa's busy schedule
Yep, Teresa is one of the busiest girls at Scrapadoodle. Here's what she's got going on just in the next week:
- This Saturday (2/16) she's hosting our Relay for Life crop and we still have a few openings for that. Come crop from 8-8 and all the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.
- On Monday 2/18 from 6-8 she'll be teaching the Stich-z by Bazzill class (see sample below). You'll learn how to stich and sew on your pages using the new Bazzill templates. Template and floss is included in your class fee. Call to sign up for this class!
- On Thursday 2/21 she'll be hosting Chips and Dip over the lunch hour from 12-1. This is a reschedule from a few weeks ago when we had weather issues. In this mini-class you'll play with Maya Road chipboard pieces. Paint, ink, glitter, rub-ons, and all sorts of things you can do with chipboard. $6 fee includes a nacho lunch. Call to reserve your spot.
