With 3 weeks till Valentine's Day....

The Doodlecrew girls are coming up with all kinds of ideas!
First are these ADORABLE new stamps in from Penny Black and look what Leslie did with them: I love this little girl--especially her big hair!
We have the stamps in but if you'd like a little instruction on how to use them in conjunction with Copic Markers, Teresa is teaching this class on 2/12 from 10:30-12:30. Three cards included in class. Call to sign up and for more details.
Next up is a card I made with Tim Holtz's Sizzix die:

The crown and wings were cut with the die from grungeboard and then embossed. Then I just painted with gold metallic paint dauber. Corrugated paper comes from any box you have in your basement :-)
The Happy Valentine's Day ticket is part of a really cool Tim Holtz stamp set that includes other holidays and a couple other more generic tickets--an amazingly versatile set.

So we have all these little plastic zip lock bags...why????

Because Teresa has some super good ideas for them! Perfect for mass production...if you've got alot of Valentine's to give, this is the solution!!

Sorry this pic is so blurry but I love that one little nugget fits perfectly:

And speaking of nuggets....look what Christy came up with:

Doesn't get much cuter than these little guys now does it???
Stay tuned because we will be sharing more ideas.....

A couple things.....

We have more of the Tim Holtz dies in to help you create paper medallions like this: Also more of this Hero Arts music stamp--such a versatile stamp that can be used for any celebration. Here is a beautiful example....
Also just had to share this page. Such soft colors but what a beautiful page don't you think?

101 classes

Our January Cricut 101 and Gypsy 101 classes are nearing full capacity. We expect this in January since many of you recieved these for Christmas. We need to know from you if we should schedule both of these 101 classes in February. If you are interested, please call the store and let us know!! These classes are not always on the schedule monthly but we'd be happy to do them again in February if we have enough people interested. Call 691-5152.

Random Inspiration

Just a few things to share today...
We have in a new line from Little Yellow Bicycle called Cupcake Love. All kinds of pretty paper and embellishments perfect for birthdays or Valentine's Day:
Also, some really pretty cards all done with Hero Arts stamps (and all of these we currently have in stock although can't say for how long after you guys see these!)

Isn't this card amazing? All done with the stamp above. She inked it with various colors of distress inks, then misted it with a bit of water before she stamped--beautiful isn't it?

This stamp set comes with several different sentiments to pop out of your little typewriter:

Desktop organizer

Look how cute this is...would be fun to see on your desk every day wouldn't it? Plus it's really inexpensive--only $10.99 for the wooden organizer and then you can decide how you'd like to dress it up!

Scrapping with Carrie

Here is the layout you can do with Carrie this month. Lots of fun things to try this month--using mist to create the snowflakes and liquid applique to create the snow on the trees. Sign up to make this layout on January 18th.
